     Atmosphere and Cuisine: Clever Old Bulgarian style décor and authentic folk show which take clients out of the city and into a Bulgarian village market place, complete with hanging grapevines, a working watermill, and well. Food is very traditional – fresh salads, some fairly heavy meat dishes such as roast limb and rice, offal, etc. and great desserts. It is also offered some very special wines and rakia (Bulgarian brandy) in the restaurant which one can try, if his budget is not too tight.
