CANCELATIONS:

A refund of 20 % of the tour price will be made up to 24 hours before tour departure. If you cancel earlier – full refund of the price.

INSURANCE: Not included. Please, discuss this with us. We have no liability for loss, delay or inconvenience unless due to our employees’ negligence, in which case our liability is limited to the maximum of the refund of the tour cost.

PLEASE NOTE: Children and students up to 16 years of age should be accompanied by an adult. Tourists, disturbing the rest of the travelers in the group with intolerant or bad behavior will be asked to leave the group immediately with no money refund!
