"Todoroff Wine Cellar" concentrates its efforts in production and offering of high quality red wines in boutique series. The Wine cellar was built 1945. The cellar is situated in one of the symbolic for the Bulgarian wine production villages - Brestovitsa, in the heart of Thracian Region. This region is well known with its exclusively favourable climate and soils for red wine production. The village of Brestovitsa is 130 km from Sofia, and 15 km from the city of Plovdiv.

"Todoroff Gallery" is a limited batch of wines of Mavrud, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Muskat grape varieties, dedicated to the wine and art. "Todoroff Gallery" continues the established tradition of "Todoroff Wine & Art" in creating stylish products with a view to the art. The bottle design has an interesting story. The launch of "Todoroff Gallery" wines was preceded by a national art competition "Todoroff Gallery", dedicated to "The Philosophy of Wine and Life". Selected works of the awarded artists are printed on the labels of the "Todoroff Gallery" batch of wines.

"Todoroff Boutique" selection wines are young, red wines of the "Mavrud", "Cabernet Sauvignon" and "Merlot" sorts, age 4 to 12 months. Wines are significant for their intensive, rich and sparkling red color and strong developed rich aroma, in which the fragrance of well ripe grapes with the fruity nuances typical for the region and the varieties are sensed.

Wines from "Todoroff Teres" special selection are produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Mavrud varieties. They are formed in new oak "Barrique" type of barrels for a period of 6 to 10 months, after which they go on developing their character aging in bottles.

The taste of wines is dense but mild, well balanced and filling the mouth homogeneously. The after taste is lasting and impressive, and gives the sensation of freshness and purity of the grape stuff, as well as the fines, achieved within the process of a precisely controlled fermentation.

"Todoroff Wine Cellar" is specialized in developing various forms of wine tourism. Except in the cosy atmosphere of the tasting hall in the cellar, we organize outdoor wine tasting during a congress, symposium or other kind of business event , and we offer the opportunity for organizing the hall and the catering for the wine tasting. Wine tasting is held by an oenologist who acquaints guests with the specific character of Todoroff wines and also with the basic wine tasting methods, which are aimed at bringing complete satisfaction to senses.
