"Bouquet Telish" Plc was established in 1960 and privatized in 1996. The company specializes in the production of high quality red wines from the grape varieties Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. For the past 3 years, thanks to the constant efforts and devotion to strict vineyard and grape control, new technologies applied and close cooperation with foreign consultants, Bouquet Telish Plc has become one of the leading Bulgarian wine producers.

"Bouquet Telish" Plc. wine cellar is located in the village of Telish, Pleven District, North Bulgarian Vine Region, thus benefiting from the favourable moderate continental climate, rich of thermal resources that create perfect conditions for wine-growing and wine-making. The average annual climate temperatures here reach over 4000°C and the rainfalls comprise to 534 l/m. The main red varieties grown in the region are Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Gamza. Cabernet Sauvignon 2007 is a hallmark of Telish Winery and a much beloved traditional Bulgarian wine. A delicate Cabernet Sauvignon that is easy on the palate and stands out with a characteristic freshness and elegant fruitiness. It feels supremely at home alongside light dishes as potatoes au gratin, omelettes, feta cheese pané or grilled chicken.
